The dining room and the bar open to the courtyard through large windows. In the same courtyard, there is a beautiful granary and a pond fed by a private spring. Outside the walls, there is convenient parking with direct access from the road.

The surface

The built surface is 934.55 m² on a plot of about 6,000 m², completely enclosed. There are also stables, storage buildings, and an orchard with typical fruits of the Galician interior.

The Pazo has 24 solar panels and geothermal heating that ensure comfort throughout the year. Renovated for rural tourism, it mainly hosts foreign pilgrims. It is registered as an inn and restaurant, with catering services for up to 120 people.

In front of the Pazo is the Tower of San Miguel de Penas, a Site of Cultural Interest. The estate is included in the Catalog of Municipal Assets of Interest. It has a private water concession and an active spring all year round.
